At the age of 46 I don't feel a day older than 40 of course I give all the credit to Mitushi, my trainer. It's been almost 3 years since I have started training under her. Before that I had issues with my knees (lots of dos and don'ts from my orthopedic, due to knee arthritis). But after training with Mitushi I can feel my knees are getting better and I feel much active than before. As a trainer she has pushed me to my maximum capability. She has lot of energy which to some extend gets transferred to me during the training sessions. Training and some nutrition lessons from her have helped me and my family to stay fit. I can trust her blindly as far as my health is concern.

My name is Virender Awal. I am fifty-year-old male. This is to share my experience with my trainer Ms Mitushi Ajmera. I started training with her when I was 47-years and this was the first time ever I started training in life. I was never very athletic and above that I had a prolapsed disc (L5-S1) in 2000 and terrible cervical issues. That made me very skeptical about training. Then about 3 years back Mitushi, a close family friend, told me to start training so that I can have a better, more active life. She reassured me that she would take care of my back problem during the training sessions. I must say my life has become much fuller and more complete since I started training only twice a week with her. It has not only strengthened my back but in general has made me fitter. Training with her has been a real blessing as it has improved my muscle strength and made my life less painful as it has reduced my back problems tremendously. She definitely knows how to train correctly. God bless her!!

WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY(Part 2) "I don't have time to spend in gym! I am a career woman - running a home and office efficiently. My husband works crazy hours too so I'm balancing between family and work to ensure I spend quality time with my son"...for the longest time I hid behind this excuse to justify my weight but thanks to Mitushi; I shed 10 KGS of FAT (not weight, FAT). The amazing part is I did this - at a time I was working on a critical project at work- so nearly 12 / 14 hours a day and traveling, my son was entering his teens, I was turning 40 and most importantly digitally -through whatsapp, videos and FaceTime chats (I live in Mumbai and Mitushi in Gurgaon). Mitushi's eating plan (I can't call them "diet" plans as I was eating more than any of my colleagues and family members) incorporated my crazy work schedule and travel. I had a drawer full of dry fruits, peanuts, makhana....handy snacks that I could munch while I was running between meetings. But yes, what Mitushi demanded in return was regular exercise. She demonstrated and taught me the importance of discipline and diversity in exercise - cardio, circuit, HIIT, weight training, strength training, Pilates, Pilardio......less than an hour of regular exercise and regular eating helped me achieve my target. I couldn't give up my weekend caramel popcorn, my Househelp didn't understand "cooking with less oil" and yet Mitushi and I worked through all these challenges "inching" our way to fat loss. I am yet to come across a trainer, who works so closely with her clients, motivating them, inspiring them, guiding them and also celebrating with them. To my fitness guru, friend and guide... you inspire us to get fitter and stronger every single day!

I started my journey towards fitness four years back. After my almost fatal complications in my second C-Section , it awakened me to the need of strengthening my body, muscles and overall strength. Thatís when my search for the right trainer who could understand my specific needs and work towards it started. And it ended with Ms. Mitushi Ajmera. I joined her Pilates classes to strength my abdominal muscles. Pilates helped me a lot to build and strengthen my core and building overall stamina and vigor in the body. After continuing Pilates for two years I found something more missing and wanted to achieve something more for my health. Thatís when she suggested to take up her nutritional counseling as well as personal training. Thus my journey towards understanding nutrition and health in a holistic way began. LOVE THY FOOD!! This is what I have learnt from Mitushi Ajmera. I have so far lost 20%(21.57kgs) of body fat and gained 1.57 Kgs of muscle under her Wellness Coaching. Mitushi has been coaching me for over 3 years. I have learned to eat a variety of nutritious food at the right time and indulging too, but in moderation. I eat NORMAL food that my body requires in order to achieve sustainable weight loss and gain strength and enjoy my life. My daily food includes grains( wheat, Dalia, oats ETFs) milk, nuts, dal, roti/ brown rice, fruits, vegetables, essential fats ( ghee and right oils) and sweets too which of course in conjunction with regular exercise and discipline. This is what her coaching is all about...A sustainable healthy lifestyle!! Once Mitushi had said, "I will make you lose weight by eating more of the right kind of food at the right time. You will never be hungry". Mitushi has been training me for Pilates and weight training ( as a certified Pilates and Weight Training instructor) for over 3 yrs.Both have been a game changer in my life. Her excellent knowledge on weight training , attention to details and injury management has encouraged me to push myself in the gym to achieve the desired result. I am a 37 yrs old individual who had slowly but surely slipped in to a lethargic and sluggish lifestyle, credit to my erroneous and fallacious eating habits and lazy lifestyle. I stumbled upon her Instagram page in Oct last year and was instantly struck by her profile. What was unique about her was her simple yet knowledgeable approach towards healthy nutrition. After just the first session with her I came to realize that it was going to be much more that just weight loss. This was going to be a lifestyle alteration moment. She gave me just the right amount of knowledge on nutrition required for me to make little lifestyle changes.
