In today's age of communication and technological advancements, why should we be bound by artificial boundaries. My online modules will enable us to work together across locations. I have successfully guided clients across cities and helped them achieve their fitness goals.

The programs are developed after a thorough understanding of the body type, medical issues, if any and individual goals.

Online modules involve regular updates from the clients. The detailed model is explained at the time of enrolment. Sessions are conducted via video chats. Other modes of communications include email, whatsapp, voice calls and short training videos. While designing the modules, required steps are taken to have an effective and error free training.

Online Nutrition Module

Good nutrition is an integral part of a healthy living. Understand the basics of good nutritionand supplements with my two weekly nutrition lessons of approx. 60 minutes each. These are conducted on a video or audio call. In these two weeks you get to practice what you learn and gradually make healthy eating a habit rather than a random quick-fix solution. Taking an additional two weeks package, fine-tunes the skills to master managing your meals and gain freedom from random diet plans forever.

Online Fitness Module

The training plan is made after understanding the available resources to exercise. These could include pictures of your gym/park.The plan can also be designed for a home with minimal or no gym equipment. This enables you to train anywhere, anytime, at your convenience.

This module requires 2-3 video call sessions per month. Exercises videos are shared for a better understanding of the form and movement.

Online Wellness Module

The Online Wellness module is the combination of the fitness and nutrition modules, adopting a holistic approach towardsa fitter and stronger body. It is not just exercise, or just healthy food that is required – it is a unique combination and balance of both that helps achieve desired results. The online wellness module involves a comprehensive training plan, nutrition and supplement guidance.
